Mold Dog Detect?
A mold detection dog is trained to identify active and hidden mold growth by detecting mold VOCs. This allows mold sources to be located even when there is no visible mold or elevated moisture at the time of inspection — such as with intermittent leaks, past water damage, or mold concealed behind walls, floors, windows, or cabinetry. Unlike traditional tools that rely on current moisture conditions, a mold dog can help identify mold related to both ongoing and past water intrusion, including sources that may still be contributing to exposure.
